I'm posting something new and exciting today!! Let's read The Graveyard Book. Here is the link to the novel. Take this week to read it. I know it may take longer for you to read,  but I will start to post activities on Monday, May 4. I'd love any suggestions for any fun/creative activities you would like to use with this novel.

Here is the latest information from the school regarding Seniors. Please Read.

March 31, 2020

Some of you may have already read the news that Seniors’ performance for this semester will be determined by their standing as of March 13th. They will be provided a pass/fail based on that grade. I'm sure you have a lot of questions about this. I will do my best to answer them. We should be getting more information this afternoon. I will have the grades updates by the end of the day tomorrow so you know where you stand. If you see that you are failing, we will work together so you have the resources to make up the work.

I hope you are all having a happy self isolating morning. I now work from home and I am still getting used to it. I've made a little office in my dining room....but it seems to be missing about 75 students. I will not be giving any new work until March 30th. I will probably start putting up new material early next week in case anyone is bored and wants to get a head start. I'm working hard trying to find fun and interesting online material. If you have any questions, you can email me at kathryn.barsaleau@nhcs.net or call/text me between 8:30 and 3:30 at 910-540-1827.

Your homeroom teacher should have contacted your parents yesterday to ask if you had access to a computer and internet. If they didn't and you can't get online, email me ASAP and I will hook you up.
